Media Team Member: Youtube Vlogger
In the summer of 2023, I attended the Yale Young Global Scholars LPC Program. Selected as part of the media team, I was responsible for filming and editing a Youtube video to share insight about the program. It was such a transformative experience and I'm so glad I got to record it. This was my weekend at YYGS!

CAPSTONE PROJECT: H.O.M.E
For my capstone project, I explored “home comfort” with my group. We researched a combination of cognitive, social and cultural aspects of home comfort, and my specific focus was how homes facilitate social interactions and family bonds.
Bridging my passion for filmmaking, I was the editor for our final presentation - a remake of an episode of the TV show Friends. We explored the complexities of group dynamics, cultural conflicts, and the importance of the set itself - the apartment - which provided for the viewer a sense of continuity and comfort, and contributed character identity. Upon receiving a positive evaluation from our Capstone leaders, this experience reaffirmed my passion not only for social and positive psychology, but also my interest in its intersection with visual expression.
